What Is Carrot Fertility?
Carrot is a global fertility and family-forming benefits platform offered by many employers as part of their health benefits package. Depending on your individual plan, eligible members can receive full or partial reimbursement for a wide range of fertility and family support services - including pregnancy support, birth preparation and postnatal care.
What Services are covered?
I’ve been officially approved by Carrot to provide the following services:
Antenatal Support - Guidance on birth plans and preferences, antenatal education, emotional preparation for labour and in-home or virtual visits throughout your pregnancy.
Birth Doula Support - Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during and after the birth of your baby. This includes comfort techniques, advocacy, and reassurance, all of which can help reduce the likelihood of medical interventions.
Postnatal Doula Support (Daytime) - Helping ease your transition into parenthood with newborn care, feeding support, emotional wellbeing and physical recovery.
Postnatal Doula Support (Night time) - Supporting you to maximise your sleep and rest, so you feel recharged and ready for the day ahead.
How to Book:
Booking my services through Carrot is simple. Here’s how it works:
Get in Touch Reach out to me directly, and we’ll arrange a free, no-obligation meeting to discuss your needs and how I can best support you.
Receive a Service Agreement Once we’ve decided to work together, I’ll send over a contract outlining exactly what’s included and the associated cost.
Make Payment Carrot operates on a reimbursement model, so you book and pay for your support directly. I provude clear itemised invoices that you can submit to Carrot for reimbursement. Everything is kept simple and transparent, and I’m happy to structure invoices in line with Carrot’s requirements.
No Additional Forms Needed Because I’m already Carrot-approved, there’s no need to complete any extra attestation forms. Should your HR or benefits team have questions, they’re welcome to contact Carrot Support directly at support@get-carrot.com.
Submit for Reimbursement Simply upload your invoice or receipt to Carrot’s platform. They’ll verify eligibility and process your reimbursement according to your company’s benefit terms.
